Services
A toolbox pulled from chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, and strength coaching — matched to what's actually causing the problem.
Chiropractic Manipulation
Traditional spinal and joint adjustments to restore motion where it's locked up — the root of a lot of stiffness and nerve irritation. Dr. Hamilton uses a mix of manual manipulation and the Arthrostim impulse adjusting tool, depending on the joint and what the patient prefers. Not everyone wants to be popped or cracked — if manual adjustments aren't your thing, treatment can be built entirely around soft tissue and mobility work instead.
Active Release Technique (ART)
Active Release Techniques — a progressive soft tissue technique that locates and releases adhesions in muscle, tendon, and fascia. It's also highly effective for nerve entrapment issues like sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Hamilton is one of only two full-body certified ART providers in Central Oregon, and has been an ART instructor training other providers since 2016.
Sports Rehab
Physical therapy style exercise and mobility work geared at getting you stronger, moving better, and out of pain. Dr. Hamilton draws from a wide range of rehab approaches, including DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization), McKenzie, SFMA, and his deep knowledge of athletic strength and conditioning. He also does post-surgical rehab for a wide variety of cases, including rotator cuff tears, hip labral tears, knee replacements, and meniscus injuries.
Graston Technique
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to break down scar tissue and restore normal tissue movement.
Motor Vehicle Accident Treatment
Care for injuries from auto accidents — whiplash, soft tissue trauma, and joint injuries — with treatment and documentation to support your recovery and claim.
Workers' Compensation Treatment
Treatment for on-the-job injuries. Dr. Hamilton currently accepts workers' comp cases through SAIF only.
Therapeutic Massage Coming Soon
Hands-on massage therapy to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery alongside your other treatment.
