"I've been seeing Dr. Hamilton regularly for 10 years. His personal experience with high-level athletics and treatment of high-performing athletes gives him insights and abilities rare in his field. He also has far more tools than the typical chiropractor with various manual therapies and corrective exercise prescription in addition to more conventional chiropractic adjustment. He has helped me greatly following a major shoulder injury and surgery, and with managing the effects of cervical disc related nerve problems, as a former high-level competitive athlete who continues to train seriously and frequently."
Not your average chiropractor
Dr. Hamilton is part of a new wave of chiropractors pulling techniques from chiropractic, physical therapy, massage therapy, and athletic training. Some patients are training for their next event; others just want to garden, sleep through the night, or play with their grandkids without pain getting in the way. The approach adapts to whoever is on the table.
He's one of only two full-body certified Active Release Technique providers in Central Oregon, and holds certifications in Graston Technique and RockTape. He is also a Level 2 USA Weightlifting certified coach and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.
